Hello,After a time of 1 year that i havn't played Flight Simulator X Deluxe i tough: let's play it again.So in installed it on my Acer Aspire 5560G laptopSpecs:- windows 7- 64 bit- 8gb ram- quad core amd a6 of 2,30ghz- AMD Radeon HD 6720G2 (1GB VRAM)- FSX on c partition (enough space)But on some planes, like the Cessna i don't have the instruments like the alt-meter. The only thing i see is a big hole and the sky. And almost all the standard planes have a ''black'' radio screen.Can somebody tell me what the problem is?picture:Things I've tried:- deleted all my addons- run as administrator.- run as Vista- run as XP- service pack 1- service pack 2- re install- and again... (install, delete all files, service packs, run in admin, run as XP and Vista)- search on other sites (forums, google, Microsoft support, this forum)

Most likely a game compatibility problem with video card or drivers would be my first guess.

re install on d partition and with uac off. also run as admin. still no instruments.

+1 - If you had FSX up and running on any of installs, you were just throwing your time away, since this is definitely related with video drivers.

You mean a rollback or update? and my amd radeaon driver?

i tried a rollback of my video card (and an update to) but it doesn't had affect on the game. still now instruments. what can i do now?

There is definitely something messed up on your laptop. Save yourself more time and trouble, just reformat and fresh install your OS and FSX.

i can't. this pc is brand new and clean. and not al of the planes have the problem, the beachcraft and others don't have it...

I still say its a messed up driver issue on your pc. Uninstall your video drivers then boot to safe mode and run Driver Sweeper in safe mode to fully remove all ATI bit.http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/Then reboot normal and do a fresh install of latest video drivers.

i did what you've said. but no difference... drivers are up-to-date ad clean now

When you say "some planes" - can you give us a list, please?

- cessna skyhawk- king airand planes like boing 737 and beachcraft don't habe numbers on the radio plates (like the one in the screenshot)I will look futher witch planes don't have instruments later on...

- maule- bell (heli) no other planes. boeing and jets that uses digital screens don't have any instrument problem.i have reinstalled the drivers today trough the amd site and updater and also set the gpu as high as possible. no result. (lower fps)

"Bump"Anyone else - ideas? Why won't this installation see only some of the textures?? I've sent him the default C172, and it display no instruments - just like his earlier pic...
