March 16, 201214 yr Hey first time FS2Crew user.Keep getting CDU preflight error messages, I know how to enter my CDU stuff there's nothing wrong with the entries.FO won't start engines stating there's a config error.2D panel and trike loads on startup and NGX panel is always as NGX Short.Grrr.Pete. March 16, 201214 yr Commercial Member Pete,Please install SP1C again... you probably only have SP1B installed. This is a very common user mistake. You need SP1C, found here:http://forum.avsim.net/topic/364643-04mar12-sp1c-released-for-full-ngx-product-range/Cheers, B. March 16, 201214 yr Author Nah I got SP1C install. It works now, I think because I started FS2Crew before the NGX systems loaded up at the end of the count down. Was too eager to play.Sorry! Loving having old mate next to me.Thanks for your hard work!Pete. Running i5-9600K @ 4.8ghz - 32GB DDR4 3200mhz - GTX 3070.

March 17, 201214 yr I have noticed that the FO also says that the parking break is not properly set in the pre-flight checklist he also doesn´t set the pressurization panel at all. It´s strange I have used FS2Crew a few times now and only now am I getting these problems. Oliver Donner

It´s strange I have used FS2Crew a few times now and only now am I getting these problems. Not sure about the parking brake... are you sure it's actually set...Remember that the 'parking brake on' text will appear if the parking brake switch is off, but the chocks are in.FO will set the pressurization panel, BUT the FMC must be filled out 100 percent first. Why?Because the FO gets the landing elevation out of the FMC based on the landing runway. So if it's not there, the FO wont know what to set.Best, B. March 18, 201214 yr Yeah but he didn´t set the cruise altitude goal either and the parking brake was set, I checked. Oliver Donner
March 24, 201214 yr Commercial Member Yeah but he didn´t set the cruise altitude goal either and the parking brake was set, I checked.Did you setup the FMC fully including entering a cruise altitude prior to the FO attempting to set cruise altitude in the pressurization control? What was the cruise alt inputted in the FMC and I'll try to reproduce it? April 1, 201214 yr Pete,Please install SP1C again... you probably only have SP1B installed. This is a very common user mistake. You need SP1C, found here:http://forum.avsim.n...-product-range/Cheers,Just a note: After installing SP1C (Because PMDG doesn't have on their website - thankfully I got it from here) all of my Liveries disappeared and FS2Crew needed to be reinsalled as it was no longer avail in the 2d / virtual cockpit.. I don't know if this just happened to me but just a warning.

I don't know if this just happened to me but just a warning. The part about re-installing the liveries is true. Any time you re-install SP1c you need to do that. You do not, however, need to re-install FS2Crew.Instead, all you need to do is open the FS2Crew NGX Config Manager and click "enable" FS2Crew.This is because SP1c restores the Panel.CFG will a fresh version that wipes all the FS2Crew entries off it.Best, B.
