April 10, 201214 yr I don't want to be a complainer. Upon pre-flight there seems to be no option for RXP GPS installation as with the recent planes. I saw no update module in the panel folder, etc. Are we supposed to install the RXP GNS 530 or 430 by ourselves? Thanks, BillyBob BillyBob David M. April 10, 201214 yr Are we supposed to install the RXP GNS 530 or 430 by ourselves? From the reports, it looks like. Can you check if that gauge swap (with the Carenado G400 GPS) works and is able to drive the AP? Would be a very appreciated information for the guys being on the fence.
April 10, 201214 yr It does not come with RXP integration, and that is why it is not listed in the product features unlike other releases such as the Jetprop. It will have to be manually placed, but perhaps it will be integrated later with a service pack. I will be flying it using VOR/DME primarily but would like to see it get RXP integration. Shane Gavin
April 10, 201214 yr Best thing, for now, is to pop up the GNS430 by clicking on the GPS400 which stays in the panel.. Not perfect, but workable. I'll post instructions once I know I've got it working. Bert
April 10, 201214 yr So we can't actually replace them? The 400W can't leave the panel? I'm gonna buy jt anyway just wondering. Lee
