April 10, 201214 yr My clock is showing Zulu time. (I can convert -10 hours, but it takes me a bit of thinking). Is there any way to have the clock display LOCAL time rather than zulu time? Not a major issue, but I'd prefer to use LOCAL time when flying ONLY around Hawaii.
April 10, 201214 yr No way I know of to convert to local Hawaii time, but I have a slightly easier method for converting in my head. Convert to 12 hour clock and add 2. If it's 22:00 Zulu, that makes it 10:00 + 2 or 12:00 noon. It's usually pretty easy to figure AM or PM. :) Hook Larry Hookins Oh! April 10, 201214 yr I have no problems though. My computer can convert when I use real world time accurately. Alex Leung Aerospace Engineering Undergraduate Glider & Private Pilot via Royal Canadian Air Cadets
