April 12, 201214 yr Thanks for the alert, nice stains! Whatever it is, I do hope it has a 'pit.. Simmo W, Melbourne, Ozhttp://www.youtube.com/user/id5556
April 12, 201214 yr It looks like the water pump in my old washing machine ! :LMAO: Fred. Frederic Steiner.
April 12, 201214 yr Ha! Hopefully it's the cigarette pack holder INSIDE the 'pit. Or Hashbrown holder? Simmo W, Melbourne, Ozhttp://www.youtube.com/user/id5556
April 12, 201214 yr looks like older sheet metal, so I'm guessing a DC-3. www.stratoart.com Fine Art by Dale Jackson "Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings..." High Flight by John Gillespie Magee, Jr.
April 12, 201214 yr Looks like the shell casing ejection chute on a military aircraft. The stressed skin and rivets look vintage rather than modern, although it could be something a bit utilitarian in construction and more modern than it appears, such as a MiG. The compund curve looks like it is fairing into a wing. Could be a lot of things really. Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
April 12, 201214 yr Can't find that orifice on a DC-3, will keep looking on other aircraft, I just hope it has a cockpit. It looks old ??

April 12, 201214 yr I don't even care what it is... if there's a cockpit I'm buying it, if there's not I won't. Must send the only message bean-counters care about.
April 12, 201214 yr I don't even care what it is... if there's a cockpit I'm buying it, if there's not I won't. Must send the only message bean-counters care about. Would you buy it if it was a cockpitless A380? Alex Leung Aerospace Engineering Undergraduate Glider & Private Pilot via Royal Canadian Air Cadets
April 12, 201214 yr Looks like navy camouflage to me, maybe a Helo I've been looking at pics of vintage helos, but I can't find the part. It doesn't look very aerodynamic, something that would likely be more refined on a plane. Also, most plane intakes face forward, and most exhausts face aft.
April 12, 201214 yr Would you buy it if it was a cockpitless A380? Who exactly do you think would be interested in that?
