Hmmm ... I'm rather surprised that Cloud9 would go for CLK when Thomas Kwong has released such a good freeware version and two other payware houses include it in their product. But all HK scenery is good scenery! Glad you're hunting about, Cathay! In the meantime, Thomas Kwong's v3 rules! My own Kai Tak collection:www.swiremariners.com/cathayhk.htmlwww.swiremariners.com/cxkaitak.htmlwww.swiremariners.com/flysma.htmlMark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg

Wow...I can't believe this thread is still going! When is it going to end? :)Marcus...which scenery is that?Thomas

I know, subject seems to always pop up every couple of months. Hey Thomas, it's my scenery. Something I've been tinkering with whenever I have some spare time.I will say this, at least Cloud 9 seems to be "open" to the idea of doing Kai Tak but in there own survey they didn't believe enough users were interested in a closed airport (Guess we need to convince them otherwise) ;-) Time to flood their forum! They are thinking of a Hong Kong cityscape as well which I bet in the way they did the Rome scenery. That would be nice. All we can do is keep hopin' and pushin' for one.

Marcus, that's looking very cool indeed. It's very likely that I'll begin work on Kai Tak in June if all goes well. Will keep you posted when the time comes.Thomas

Thomas, that would be simply fantastic - thanks already in advance !Bests PeterIntel Mobo D875PBZ with Intel CPU P4 3.20GHz2.0 Gig 333MHz DDR SDRAMAsus / NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 (Omega 1.6177) (Q) (256 MB)Monitor Samsung SyncMaster 19"CH Yoke and PedalsWindows XP SP2

great news,Thomas!this could also stimulate Cloud9 to concentrate itself on the cityscape and make it compatible, eventually, with your airport.Luca

Let's keep this thread open... might be something very positive will turn up in the end!Paddy.

Hi everybody and specially Thomas, thanks so much for everything you've done to make HK such a great experience in FS. Right now, I wish I had a time machine to zzzzp forward and see what the new Kai Tak looks like. All the best, hope all goes well for you, thanks and kind regards Jaap

All infos available in the net are not so useful. So,if you live in the great Hong Kong,or have any contact over there who can be helpful, please contact me. Your help will be very very appreciated.my email: [email protected] very much for your collaboration, sincerelyLuca Simbula

Hi Cathay,I do not live in Hong Kong. But I have family over there and visited the place a while ago. What buildings are you looking for? Also check the site: http://www.webshots.com and do a search on Hong Kong in the member photos. Maybe that helps...
