This is just west of Jefferson County and south of Diamond Point. My mesh is 5m, but I retried at both 10m and 1m with no real difference. A restart did nothng either. I haven't seen anything like this in years and years. Anyone else have anything of the same kind of thing?

Kind regards,

Hi Stephen, I had that too in this area. I fixed it with a reinstall of the latest PNW patch and libraries.

This happened to me when using BP=0.

Been using BP=0 for ages I have. Jefferson County patch and latest libraries I've re-installed. Very frustrated I am. A disturbance on the dark side of the force there must be!

Stephen, Can you post over in the FTX Payware Support Forum or do you want me to post this over there for ya?

The latest patch is OrbxFTXNABluePNWPatch005.zip

The other thing to try is switch the FTX switch to North America and reinstall Jefferson and Diamand Point maybe?

I've had elevation issues with KORS when I installed it with the switch set to Default. Holger told me to try again with the switch on North America.

Hey Matthew,

I did install the patches in the NA mode. What I will do is reinstall the OrbxFTXNABluePNWPatch005.zip patch again, then the Jefferson and test, then the latest libraries again. If that doesn't help I will except any help offered.

Kind regards,

G'day Stephen,

A few other people have reported this bug as well. In all cases it was fixed by reinstalling the PNW.005 update and the libs. Hope that helps mate

Cheers,

Derek

Hi

Just to continue on this theme - spikes on Samui (Thailand) discovered yesterday on a visual approach to VTSM! I have the amazing A_A scenery of VTSM installed together with Martin Strong's Thai mesh as advised by A_A. Any ideas on how to get rid of them please?

Other than installing an addon mesh, no idea, but good luck with it.

Kind regards,

Hi Bill,

Sometimes it is just easier to look away. Sorry of this doesn't help but it is what I do sometimes in those remote areas. The world is a big place and FSX (like the real world) is far from perfect.

Hi Matthew

Thanks for that - wise advice! Looking away is something I am getting better at, but sometimes I enjoy the challenge of trying to resolve these little mysteries!

Too bad no one knows how to resolve the Samui problem. I also have the same spike problem at Samui, but the developer won't respond to my support request.
