@Will Dunn - Are these issues you are having with REX Essential or REX 2?

edit: And also, I've noticed that starting up FSX by itself doesn't automatically start the WX either. I have the box "enable auto start the weather engine" ticked but still nothing...

I seem to have the same problem, that weather engine auto-start doesnt open when i run FSX. I wonder what causes it. With my REX 2.0 it ran just fine as well.

The program now IS the weather engine. It's NOT the same gents. Have you read the manual in regards?

Hi Tim,

Is there a place other than the Forums of course, that has any guide or documentation on how to install, config and run REX2 through a network using Simconnect?

thanks

I've read the manual, yeah. So does that mean we have to open Essentials to open the engine, every time?

And anything on the WX always loading at Tampa?

Yes, it's the way the system works now. The WASys, and the GUI work in tandem.

As for the issue, I will let Reed help in the matter, please be patient, we are getting hammered with support inquires all over the net because of our forums being down.
