G'day Captains,

Anyone know where I can find takeoff performance charts for this bird, I've found landing charts in the FCOM but no takeoff??

Thanks in advance.

For takeoff performance calculations, I would recommend TOPCAT.

Unfortunately, Boeing (other airlines?) seems to be more secretive when it comes to MD-11 performance stuff and it isn't freely available.

Another TOPCAT recommendation here, although for fuel planning I'd recommend this web-based calculator.

Just wanted to recommend TOPCAT and the fuel calculator as well. It does it's job perfectly :good:

EDIT: finally got it right

Ships are cooler that you think.

That seems to be a well-thought out planner and would be an excellent stepping stone. However, I would ensure (as a last resort) that your FMS (INIT pages complete and winds at cruise, every waypoint, and descent entered) says you have engouh fuel to get from origin to destination. If the planner and FMS are in agreement you're good to go.
