No answer from the developers yet, that's really bad support. It would have been great if they reported what happens now but standing here without information is horrible - here in Germany it doesn't work either.

The issue occurred at around 0330 UTC this morning...I would imagine that those responsible for something like the servers may well live inside the continental USA - so it would have been late in the evening on the East Coast at that time

Like you & me these people have other things going on in their lives besides flight simulation (like sleep perhaps??) so lets give them the opportunity to at least try & rectify the issue before we start slagging them off shall we?

Mid America Still Down. Stuck with VATSIM weather.

denmark also down right now have not been able to connect for about 4 hours now

Down in Florida as well.....so its 0930 hours on the East Coast...still no support from HIFI....West Coast business hours start in 2.5 hours....hopefully those who took our money for these products will respond. What tech company doesnt have server alarms that notify their techs when those servers provide a service that people paid for? Baffling....

Also, to echo some other posters - there should really be a status beacon on their site showing server up/down notifications. AND....why the hell can I not use AS Evolution manually...it locks you out and closes when no server access is encountered...cant even get to options like it suggests to click offline WX.....more baffled than ever.

The 2nd time in a month. Before that no problems at all. And I agree with Chetly, it's annoying that when it stops you can't start FS anymore. This really should be fixed aswell!

At least it not my system. AS2012 put me into OffLine mode selecting the wx I downloaded at about 2100z yesterday in Oz.

I'm sure it will be up soon. Can't understand the "I can't use fsx" posts!!??

Hi all,

well it is the forum. I thought that something was not correct in my configuration. But the server is down as I can read here.

Thank you for this information.

As posted on the support homepage (finally):

"We are experiencing technical problems with our multiple weather servers at the moment. Our team is working on the problem and hope to have services restored very soon. Updates will be posted here."
