July 14, 201213 yr Is anyone hearing a clicking sound about every 3-4 seconds while in flight. Gets pretty annoying. Milviz said they were aware of it before the SP. Still have it after downloading the newest version with the SP. Matt Wilson
July 14, 201213 yr Moderator Actually, this is the first time I've heard of this. Does this occur when the engines are running, or when sitting on the ramp cold and dark? We use two different sound systems, the default FSX system for the aircraft engines, ambient, etc., and another for the gauge/switch system. Does the repetitive 'ticking' stop when you press the Q key to silence the sim's sound system? Knowing this will help me to track down which .wav file is the cause... Fr. Does the repetitive 'ticking' stop when you press the Q key to silence the sim's sound system? Yes, the clicking stops when you hit "Q". Hope this helps, Scott

I have just purchased the Baron and as much as I love it, it is distracting having this 'needle on an old record' clicking sound that I don't seem to get with any other aircraft, third party or otherwise Warbird and GA pilot on P3Dv5 & MSFS Dreamsofwings YouTube channel
