the pmdg j4100 is an older aircraft with an easy to use FMC, you will be up and flying after reading the one and only fairly short tutorial.

 

Its a PMDG masterpiece as well of course

That is the beauty of FS... It gives us a safe and somewhat inexpensive opportunity to learn new ways of flying... Don't be embarrassed, we were all there at one point. Enjoy the challenge of the FMC.
