Tweak guide for XPX such as Kosta's for FSX?

Featured Replies

My frames are usually between 40 and 90fps(depending on cloud being drawn etc), so I am perfectly happy with performance.

Always curious to try things, to see if any more improvement can be eaked out.

I think this warrants it's own thread, instead of jihading this one. LOL

You'll have very few problems...even if settings are near max WITH HDR enabled.

ehh.... I somewhat disagree.

-Even though XPX uses hardware more efficiently than the older sim FSX, it still doesn't run anywhere near "smooth" on max settings with my system. - Especially with HDR rendering enabled... XPX still seems to be pretty hardware hungry.

Is your system as beefy as the OP's?

Also, I did say he could run X Plane at "near max" with HDR enabled.
