October 10, 201213 yr Author Commercial Member Appetite whetted. With respect tho... there is someone giving you a good run for your (our?) money... -r.o. And that would be? If you are talking about the S-8 project, without saying anything derogatory about it, ours is payware and that means it comes with everything that entails.. HD textures, HD modelling, a specialized and brand new night lighting system, normal maps in and out, different loadouts, handling characteristics tested by many pilots and 2 years solid of work... As well, I am not sure about this but I believe that the version S-8 is doing isn't the same as ours... Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information. October 10, 201213 yr And that would be? The FS9 one mod'd for FSX... it's pretty sweet. I've had quite a time too with the Milviz T-38.
October 10, 201213 yr Author Commercial Member uh.... Not sure where you went with that (T-38 reference) but, though our F-86 is not freeware, I am pretty sure you will see why it's not. Note that the first image is an older version. Things have changed since then. The night lighting system is quite advanced and can be controlled on the fly for many MANY different variations... October 10, 201213 yr uh.... Not sure where you went with that (T-38 reference) but, though our F-86 is not freeware, I am pretty sure you will see why it's not. That the T-38 is a quality product (like the SF8-F86). Money really had nothing to do with it.
October 10, 201213 yr Wow those look spectacular too lol Love the night lighting ..so your saying that lighting might get into the 737? Lee
October 10, 201213 yr Author Commercial Member Anyway, suffice to say we are not in competition with S8 on this. We are doing payware and it's designed not only for FSX but also for P3D. NB I am glad you like the T-38. All of our products have the same quality in them. All of them. Including this one. Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information. October 10, 201213 yr The interior textures are fabulous. I was excited to see the wear and tear and can almost smell the historic jet.Really looking forward to getting this one. Keith Guillory
October 10, 201213 yr Author Commercial Member The night lighting in the 737 is done differently but it does work in a similar manner. We are constantly evolving our systems and methods. The King Air will have this lighting type as will all of our newer projects... Please contact oisin at milviz dot com for forum registration information. October 10, 201213 yr Anyway, suffice to say we are not in competition with S8 on this. We are doing payware and it's designed not only for FSX but also for P3D. Ok... as you say then... it's late... I wasn't trying to rain on your parade... it was just a tongue-in-comment meant to provoke some lighthearted banter. All of our products have the same quality in them. All of them. Including this one. I (we?) expect that... that is why the "appetite whetted" comment. And from the forum comments (at milviz.com) it is readily apparent you all are quite serious developers; that is one reason why I am a "serious" fan and patron of Milviz work.
