December 10, 201213 yr Nope. That one works only as a G13 button, you can assign to it different functions, I have EZCA movements on it, F-B, L-R. Definitely not. I asked on Logitech Forums. But if you would somehow get it to work, I'd definitely be interested! Hi everyone, great news!!! The latest driver updates now let you assign the 4 way/pov switch on the G13 to "joystick" in your profiles. I just tried and now one of my profiles it is calibrated as a steering tiller in FSUIPC and works GREAT! I tested under FSUIPC Axis assignment and sure enough it came up as Joystick 4 Axis X and Joystick 4 Axis Y Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

December 10, 201213 yr Have you looked at X-Keys? I've been using this one for years. As you can see - with imagination and a template and you can print what labels you want. Programming each button is simple and quick. The velcro fixed card at the top is my own creation. The top line are panel call ups - avoiding the two-fingured Shift + 1, etc. This is an old layout - I don't fly LevelD any more and I have stopped using Radar Contact (the yellow buttons). December 10, 201213 yr My Pleasure Ricccardo, now I know who to call if I need Aprilia parts shipped from Italy Ciao... Paul :-) not a problem, I live 10km from Aprilia factory :-) Frank I can't see your photo, and what is x-keys? A program to print labels? Riccardo OS: Windows 10-64 bit, CPU: i7-7700K @4.20 GHz, GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 8GB GDDR5, RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 32GB 3000MHz, MB: MSI Z270
December 10, 201213 yr No. It's a keypad. Mine is an old model (analog?), but here's a link to X-Keys http://www.xkeys.com/xkeys/xkpro.php I'll try to post my picture again. I'm not very experienced in that. Regards Frank Jones
December 10, 201213 yr Very cool Frank! But I need a solution with mini-joystick to control differential brakes. I've seen that x-keys offers a solution like I'm lookin for but it's quite expensive versus G13. May I ask how you print your label keys? Riccardo OS: Windows 10-64 bit, CPU: i7-7700K @4.20 GHz, GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 8GB GDDR5, RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 32GB 3000MHz, MB: MSI Z270
December 10, 201213 yr I made my own template. Fiddling about to get the right size took a bit of time, but it only has to be done once. Then I print from that on my oldish HP printer. Then cut out each square and put it under the transparent click top of the button. The diff brakes on my rudder pedals do that job. Frank Regards Frank Jones
December 15, 201213 yr Hey guys I'm setting up my new G13, is there any chance to assign to a button the function to change NAV/COM frequencies of NGX/MD11? is it mandatory use LINDA to do that? But LINDA doesn't work with G13, as found here in other posts, correct? No one have had success to make G13 has been recognized with LINDA? sincerely I haven't already tried it, any chance? Riccardo OS: Windows 10-64 bit, CPU: i7-7700K @4.20 GHz, GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 G1 8GB GDDR5, RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 32GB 3000MHz, MB: MSI Z270
December 15, 201213 yr One other variant on this theme is the Logitech G600 gaming mouse, which has 12 programmable buttons on the side of the mouse and a couple more on top aft of the mousewheel. It uses the same software as the G13. It's really good with EZ-DOK to be able to pan up to a preset view to get to the light switches on the OHP, or to pan down to the FMS etc. Right now I'm using both a G13 and the G600 for view management on my sim machine. @Riccardo--you can program the G13's button to send key combinations, which in turn can be defined and managed in FSUIPC. December 15, 201213 yr @Riccardo--you can program the G13's button to send key combinations, which in turn can be defined and managed in FSUIPC. Thnakyou very much for your reply, I defined many keys and it works very well, but to define nav/com freq change how do you do? Have you to create a macros via fsuipc?
