November 4, 201213 yr What is VTT lol? I don't get it... I don't have a VTT on my Z77. I know of CPU VTT which is Vcore. So which one do you mean exactly? OK if I understand this correctly, if I'm running high clocked and an IMC gets a sligh vdroop, I tend to get double-boots? I have 2600K still. When we figure what is VTT, I'll know the relation to VCCSA. My DRAM voltage is fixed at 1.65V, as this is what my RAM requires by the XMP specification. So what is VTT?
November 4, 201213 yr Hi Word Not Allowed I dscussed this with Max (Tech) hi know what i mean , not sure that this ASUS have that , can be fixed to VCCsa Have you player with the VCCsa ? And raised the DRAM v to 1.66-67 à run My mems 1.68v 24/7 , http://
November 4, 201213 yr Going from a b5 ud5 board to a asus ROG gene on z77 2700k solved all of my boot issues....not a single one since in almost a year! So happy, will keep this set-up for quite some time... Simon

Think its more related to the 2600k then z77 , Word Not Allowed try @5.0ghz thats 5.2-5,3 with 2700k and he seems not Have it @4.8 if you run less than @5.2 with a2700k on z77 board you probaly not have any bootproblems http://

November 4, 201213 yr Are there any rules for VCCSA? Never really know the right voltages for the system agent, only been reading that it should not be boosted.
November 4, 201213 yr No, didn't dare to go higher on the DRAM. I run the mems up to 1.7v 24/7 if need , when chase 3000mhz was +1.8v I have no experiance with the ASUS board what is your VCCsa now? If i run my mems at 1.65V a dont go lower than 1.15v but i have seen some strange VTT/IMC voltages with XMP settings http://
November 4, 201213 yr Hi Word Not Allowed Efraim runs over 1V and Tech 1.2V with their 3770:s What a rember a run 1.185 on the 2700K and 1.15v on the 3770k my experiance is it depending on the mem you run, the 2700 a tested a lot with differnt mems Corsair 1866 Ven , Gskill 2133 different types and my 2800 team needed diff voltages to the memcontroller. In my eyes less than 1v on 1.65V its low with Sandy a should raise it to 1.05- 1.1v and test. You know in FSMark11 it can diff 1- 2fps with bad tuned mem voltages VTT/IMC and RAM voltages with the same memsettings (timings) spec if run 1T. I get more from tuning the mems then swap the GTX670 to a 680. Its a risk to say that but one of the key:s to high scores in FSMark11 is the mems, some say the opposite but can they tune mems and memcontroller? Thanks for your Good work Word Not Allowed Hasse http://
November 4, 201213 yr Well, I upped the vccsa to 1.025 now and running currently prime for stability. My 2600k doesn't like anything lower on vcore than 1.57v for 5.0, so I am giving it now. As I said, if it dies, I buy the intel warranty... And rma it a week later. Or just buy a 2700k. I agree to good memory performance, it can bring couple of fps... I also upped the dram voltage to 1.66. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
