November 12, 201213 yr I have just purchased FS2 Crew but as yet have not started to use it. There is one issue that I would like clarification on. When speaking to the First Officer is it best to use a desktop microphone or through a headset with microphone speaker? Obviously you would need a facility with a mute mode but I am not sure of the best route. There are times when I would like to have the interaction played within my office and not through headphones for a more real atmosphere. I have watched 'Frroglesim' with his tutorials but am not sure whether he uses a microphone or headset. I would appreciate some clarification in respect of this issue and I do apologise if the answer is obvious. Also could someone recommend good headphones/microphone for this purpose. I thank you in anticipation. Michael Broom
November 12, 201213 yr I use a headset and I think that would be the realistic approach, after all that is what real pilots use, right?.......Just my two cents....John
