if you deactivated the default Las Vegas, you also got rid of the buildings on KLAS. If you want to eliminate the duplicate buildings between the default and Aerosoft's rendition, there's another procedure for this that's a bit more complicated (removing .bgl's).

Ok so I did have the Aerosoft Launcher already installed. Upon opening the launcher I did find that Las Vegas X was not activated. So I then successfully activated the scenery. Las Vegas X now shows as activated. Then I started FSX in KLAS and still no terminal buildings...

 

Then I tried Jim's approach of re activating the default FSX scenery but instead of activating the default Las Vegas I turned on the default "Western North America". I then started FSX again with a new flight in KLAS and there they are... all of the terminals. Now I have the terminals back and don't have to deal with any duplicate buildings in the city B) Thank you everybody for your help and advice!

 

One thing I noticed in the Aersoft Launcher is that my other 3 Aerosoft products (madeira, chicago, aspen) show up under the "Airports" tab and they all 3 show as "activation undefined!" and it won't let me click the activation button but all three of those products work flawlessly? Do these three need to be activated still?

Glad you got it sorted Ben! If your other three product are work okay, I wouldn't touch anything.

Glad you got it working. Some products do not require activation with the Aerosoft Launcher. If they do though, you will see exactly what you saw with USC Las Vegas- that you need to activate it. So, with those 3, you are good to go! Any further purchases from Aerosoft, be sure to check the launcher right after installation to verify if you need to activate it there. That way, you shouldn't run across this issue again.
