November 20, 201213 yr Commercial Member Or its because they haven't finished with the VC work, hence why they are reluctant to post pics. These are WIP shots... As others have stated (quoted above), it was made very clear that any pre-release shots were works in progress and were not the final product. One of the reasons developers keep tight-lipped is to avoid having to deal with people picking their project apart for perfection while it's still being developed to that end. Be thankful updates are being provided, and let them do their thing. Kyle Rodgers
November 20, 201213 yr Exactly theese kinds of threads that wont get us any updates. Kudos on that luke
November 20, 201213 yr Author Phew! Sharp eye for detail. I'm sure they'll do what they need to about it. Ha yeah that's what Videography does to you! Guys I'd like to make it clear that I was simply pointing a small error out to the team if they hadn't noticed it yet- no harm was intended; you can put your claws away now! (-; - Luke Pabari
November 20, 201213 yr but what if our claws a glued on then we can't take them off  na in all seriousness i think you were wise bringing it to PMDG's attention.
November 20, 201213 yr Sorry...I couldn't resist.... Honestly...it's meant in all good fun.... There's some strange pleasure elicited with getting the first red-line picture up...haha Patrick Houghton
November 21, 201213 yr Author Luke, where did you find all these pics btw? What photos are you regarding? The real photo is from a friend and other are the initial Cockpit shots we saw in March. Could you explain further please? I dug up the post from Jason - it's on a Virtual Cabin topic if you'd like to see the whole conversation. "The graphics department has already caught up with the systems department. We are just waiting for an order of special light-weight paint to go on the 777 as a weight saving measure and our painters are testing different surface preparation methods. In addition to waiting for paint, on one of our ground tests, we blew both GE90 engines so the 200LR is currently in the hangar awaiting a pair of engines from GE as well as we are performing a software update to the flight computers and the cabin team is currently outfitting the cabin. And to quash any rumors/speculation, whatsoever, there WILL be a cabin interior, there always has.... but what will it look like or will there be any screenshots? I have 2 words - NO comment! ;-) Ok... my break is over, time to get back and help the cabin team install the cabin wall trimmings...." Honestly...it's meant in all good fun.... There's some strange pleasure elicited with getting the first red-line picture up...haha :LMAO: :LMAO: - What does that even say? At least make it make sense.. - Luke Pabari

November 21, 201213 yr I can tell school let out early for the Holidays... Here comes the age card. Anyway, I do not believe this is such a huge problem Luke, and since PMDG and every other company always says that development photos will not resemble the final product I think we have a lot to wait for. Let us be patient, Rome wasn't built in a day.
