January 21, 201313 yr Hi all, I have recently started flying the Quality Wings BAe 146 and think it is a fantastic add-on, however I have one problem with it I cannot solve and would appreciate some advice on. I use FSBuild (v. 2.4.019) to plan my routes, however when I try to insert that route into the FMC as a company route it says it is not in the database. I have checked that the file is exported to fsx.xml and tried the Quality wings 757 but it said it cannot be created. I have flown one successful route by FMC but I had to enter all of the waypoints myself which was quite a long, laborious process. Could someone please help me sort this problem, or let me know of any fixes if any are out there. Thanks in advance! Stuart Gilmour
January 21, 201313 yr You might have better luck asking in the Qw forums,...... http://qwsim.flight1.net/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=5&PID=5 Jay
January 21, 201313 yr The Qualitywings 757 flightplan export has a specific folder. When you get the error from FSBuild it should tell you where it's trying to save it to. Make a dummy folder with that info and you can export the FlightPlan to there. Have it working fine with mine. Clarke Kruger - CYEG
January 22, 201313 yr From the Quality Wings BAe 146 manual "IDENT link to the identification page, which contains information on the airplane, including its engine type and navigation database version POS link to the position section PERF link to the performance and reference section APPROACH link to the approach page LOAD FUEL manually load the fuel quantity set by the QualityWings Dispatcher NAV DATA Gives access to backups of navigation databases if the active database were to expire. This isn’t an active, working feature of the Qualitywings Ultimate 146 Collection. FLIGHT PLANS Does two things. First of all it provides a list of all default MSFS flight plans available to you, and secondly a option “NEW FPL” at the very end of the list enables you to create a new flight plan using the default MSFS flight planner. LOAD ATC RTE Directly loads the currently loaded MSFS flight plan. This is a flight plan you loaded via the default MSFS flight planner. LOAD PNL Shows you a list with available panel states that this plane can load. Enables you to load a panel situation on the fly. This is useful to quickly load a cold and dark situation, or continue a previous flight by loading the relevant in-flight panel situation. SAVE PNL Save the current panel situation SAVE FPL Save the current flight plan" Not sure if you can save a FP, from FSBuild, to your Flight Simulator X files inside your documents folder. If you can export to there as a .pln file. Start FSX and use the plight planner inside FSX to load the flight, then open your FMS and choose option....LOAD ATC RTE Directly loads the currently loaded MSFS flight plan. This is a flight plan you loaded via the default MSFS flight planner.
December 8, 201510 yr I have the same problem, did you fix it? Does the QW 146 even support flightplan load from external flightplanning programs? I use PFPX and export the Flightplan to Qualitywings/Flightplans. In the cockpit if I want to load for example a plan i exported it says not in database... load it like: LSGGLSZH01 and click co route in fmc; answer is "not in database" Thanks for your kind help in advance sebo

So in your case presumably you have 200+ flight plans "ahead" (alphabetically**) of LSGGLSZH01. *Which it says in the manual and I also know from personal experience that the limit is about 200 flightplans. **or whatever sorting you use for the QW flightplans folder.
December 10, 201510 yr Hi, If you use an FS Build flightplan, copy it into your FSX planner and then save it.You should then be able to recall it under co routes. A lot of folks will just install FP mahually as this sometimes is the easier option. Norman Bowman
December 10, 201510 yr You guys do notice the original post and response is almost 3 yrs old right? Clarke Kruger - CYEG
