February 2, 201313 yr Hi Folks. When I'm flying my iFly 737-700 I get an alert on the annunciator saying 'Cabin Altitude', in red. Can someone please tell me what I have to do to put this right? what I have to check, or un-check, or set. Thanks John

February 4, 201313 yr Does this mean that engine bleeds should be OFF at takeoff? Depends on the aircraft, I am not a 737 guru but the basic theory behind it is that the bleeds can steal power away from the engine which in case of a failure could be the difference between a sucessful emergency or a failure. A bleeds-off takeoff is not standard, but it is an option when performance-limited...there are separate charts in the AOM for it. Thanks John What you should do is to don your oxygen mask first then sort out the mistake in the checklist.
