If history has shown, small companies (or industries) merge or are purchased by larger companies. Those companies continue to grow until they become unsustainable and bloated, then they collapse and spin-off many smaller companies or new start ups.

So I take it that's the new paint sceme in that last video.

As of right now the new livery will remain as is. I really hope they change the tail.
