Carenado A36 for xplane is out

Featured Replies

I don't have it yet, since I'm at work, but it's available now.

Looks nice!

Looks awesome! I just purchased it, and 64bit ready is great to hear.

Is it done yet? When will it be released? Will it be freeware or payware? How much will it cost? Any updates on the progress? Will it work for Xbox? Can I be a beta tester? How's the performance in VR?

Hopefully they'll be upgrading the rest of their fleet soon.

This might have to be my first XP10 purchase... especially with the x64 support... I really need something other than the stock Baron and C172 argh!

It flies about the same.

Sweet plane but I inputed a 10 knot crosswind at KSMX and I coudn't keep the plane on the runway. It doesn't slip either or very little.

So far I am loving this airplane. The sounds are outstanding and it flies very well. I am really liking the Aspen Avionics upgrade to the panel, it is a very nice touch. So far it is working well in 10.20 64bit.

Hmmm that is a problem for me...

What do you guys recommend for GA with superb fde and quick? Quick being able to fly above 160 kias.

FDE ?

I really like the C337 by Carenado ! At full power it will cruise at around 160 KIAS. It also slips very well. It's not officially 64 bit compatible yet but I used the A36 plug-in and it seems to work.

The A36 landing light doesn't seem to be working.

I messed around with some of the number on plane maker, so now I can at least keep the plane on the runway when there is a cross wind !

Sorry... in FSX fde means flight model/flight dynamics etc.... does it fly by the numbers etc

I've got their C337 for FSX and it is excellent, really well done! Do you know who is doing the flight modeling for the Carenado XP10 planes?
