This patch fixes the hole in the fuselage of the Kingair, and adjusts the taxi light on the Baron. No changes to the code.

 

Now, lets move forward on that OSM data recut!

Got my Caraban and F33 Bonanza grounded untill they are updated to 64-bit

 

Once you try 64, there is no going back to 32.

SASL is arleady 64bit. Take one of the available files/folders* and replace the one in your caravan->plugins->sasl folder and the Caravan (likewise any other plane powered by SASL) will already work fine.

So you are saying that once the original SASL is replace with the curren 64-bit, Carenado's aircraft should be 64-bit compatible? I will try it out when I get home, hope this is true.

only those that use SASL, of course. I run the Baron, the Caravan, the Seneca and the A36 in 64bit.

The same here. You can use the 64bit SASL folder from A36 in any Carenado plane with SASL and it will work just fine in 64bit.

Don't have the A36, what would be the alternative? Got the Jetstream-32 which is the only payware I have that is 64-bit .

I knew about the workaround for 64bit but since Dan Klaue mentioned a few more updates that will roll out with V10 and 64bit patches I decided to wait for the full package.

To be honest: I'm a little bit tired of all this updating-stuff for plugins, addons over and over again and try to be more patient about it...

other necessary updates include stuff like lights etc.; but you'll get back the functionality of the plane by just replacing 1 folder. that's not too much trouble imho .

Well I had a chance to go home for lunch and downloaded the SASL 64 bit plug-in and did a 10 min checkup with the Carevan, It worked!!

so for those who already have carenado planes, we can update it to 64 bit using this method? Where can I get the 64bit SASL plugin and could someone walk me through on how to update an existing Carenado plane to make it 64bit compatible?
