This should be interesting. A pool surrounded by forest. I suspect most of us have probably seen this pool and didn't pay it any attention at the time. Now we get to go hunt it on purpose.

I found the pool in the forest. I got a call to pick up a patient at tiny Hi 23 airstrip not too far away, so I headed that way. Now sitting on the airstrip waiting for a guy to arrive by jeep. Seems he hit his leg with a machete instead of the log and needs a fast ride. We aim to please. Air ambulance pilot,tough job but someone has to do it.

Decided to take the newly acquired Avsim RV6 out for a spin for this one, has been a while since I have flown the RV.

After a fruitless Sunday, checking all the bodies of water near Kalaheo, I left the Icon at the Kiahuna Golf Club for the night.

 

 

 

 

Today, I set off again, and saw this interesting ground texture - makes for a good screenshot. B)

 

 

 

 

After finally getting the Aerocache, I headed off to land at Haiku, but Steve and Don were hogging that dirt strip for themselves :lol:  so I put the Icon down nearby on the Halenanahu Reservoir. Maybe I'll just pull out the rod and reel and do some fishing.
