Some Changes at Work!

Featured Replies

So, we've been coming up with a new approach to interacting with our customers over the past while, and we're on the edge of implementing it. Take a look at this vid to see the changes that are enroute.  :LMAO:

Okay, on a more serious note, a couple of days early for April Fools, but none the less still a hoot.  :LMAO:

Happy Easter to all,

Very funny. Makes you think they are a great big funny buncha' guys to work for. Of coarse, the real story in a big company like that is always a little more mixed.......  ^_^

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

Have to say we're a pretty tight nit group. There was a few years between 2004 and 2009 where we lost a lot of staff and all of a sudden we became very much "This is a job" and "Not in my contract, I don't have to do that", but since 2010 we've all grown much closer and are now like a small family company. I'd certainly recognise every pilot if I met them on the street, and probably most cabin crew and would know easily 80%+ of our pilots by name and maybe 50-60% of our Cabin Crew, same goes for most other members, which is a hard thing to say for a company with 580 pilots and over 2000 cabin crew.

Guess it's just one of those things that comes both with time and also when there's a steady bunch of folks you work with day in day out and a low enough rate of staff turnover...
