April 13, 201313 yr Author Also check your BIOS for any USB power settings... Im in my bios and I cant find anything to do with usb and power. =(
April 13, 201313 yr WHat USB options are there? Just for testing can you try disabling USB 3.0? I think that is the unknown controller in your Device manager. Do you still have the yellow triangle? Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
April 13, 201313 yr Author PSolk.Oh my goodness. you just fix the problem for me wit hthe warning sigh. Thank you. So it was the USB 3.0 that was the error. Thank you so much.Just hold fingers cross that tihis made the toke to work.Thank you once again
April 13, 201313 yr Well that certainly addresses one issue. Disabling it is not ideal, we will want to find the right USB 3.0 drivers eventually but if you don't have devices utilizing USB 3.0 (I know I don't) then it shouldn't hurt anything. Fingers crossed the issue with the yoke and the timeout are related to the 3.0 not being recognized by the OS. Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
April 13, 201313 yr Author Hmm ok, it stopped working again, But im winning with your help. Thank you
April 13, 201313 yr :t0103: OK, let ,me think a bit... Do me a favor, with the yoke plugged in go back to device manager and delete it. Then unplug it and reboot. Log back into Windows and plug the yoke back in. Let it re-install... Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk

April 13, 201313 yr Can you get or do you have a cheap USB 1.1 powered hub anywhere? Short of that can I connect to your PC somehow? Two last thoughts, did we ever delete the intel controllers and let them re-install and finally did you reset the powere setting on all of your USB controllers and devices to disable power mgmt after re-installing them?
