Since LM appears to want to go forwards with P3D DX-11, if Payware aircraft, scenery is designed for it, will it provide better FPS and graphics? 

The most likely outcome of a P3D major upgrade will be to use the GPUs more effectively and leave the CPUs to the tasks that they were designed for.
