Warthog Thrustmaster with rudder pedals

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I am trying to buy some pedals, I was  thinkin on SAITEK combat pedals but then I found many forums saying that it has a confilct with Warthog Thrustmaster joystick, which I own, the conflict seems to appear with PMDG NGX using warthog and the saitek pedals, any have any experiewnce to confirm this? if that the case which other rudder pedals will you recommend?

Hi mate

I currently use the normal saitek pedals with the warthog, and so far, doesnt seem to cause me too many problems.

I do seem to get the brakes function dissapearing regularly though... Maybe thats one of the problems your referring to? (Happens with all AC for me)

Yup, I use the Saitek combat pedals with the Warthog. Like Richard, I too have been unable to assign the brakes with the rudder pedals. But it's no deal breaker for me as I just use the 'trigger' button on the joystick.

I use the Saitek Cessna pedals with the Warthog, and have no problem assigning the brakes to the pedals.  Although I don't have a problem assigning the left brake to the left pedal, and right to right, one ALWAYS came on before the other (maybe a fault with the pedals ?) Anyway, as I never use differential braking, I've assigned both left and right to both pedals through FSUIPC with a slope of 4. I get smooth progressive braking on all aircraft.

Russell.

I can add the brakes, and they work just fine, but for some reason, the next time I go back to fly, the brake assignments dont work...

Although, I havent tried to assign the brakes via FSUIPC at all as I couldnt figure it out, so ended up doing them via FSX directly.
