Hi Warthog owners. I am having trouble calibrating my axes through FSUIPC. I have read tons of different sometimes conflicting instructions on how to calibrate the axes through FSUIPC. I have them working fairly well but I have a few issues with the overall "feel". I also cannot get any other aircraft other than the PMDG aircraft to work properly. In all other aircraft I have no control over the axes or throttles. If there are any Warthog owners who calibrate through FSUIPC and if you feel comfortable would you mind posting your FSUIPC config file for me to compare with my own. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi guys, I got to the point when I really need your help After fighting with LINDA for a couples of days, I still cannot make it work, unfortunately (most probably it's my own stupidity, but anyway) I have FSUIPC 4.853, last version of LINDA, and a couple of planes addons (now favorite one PDMG 737 and A2A 51); none of them is working with LINDA, I make a set up on Warthog in LINDA, save it but in FSX there is nothing happening when i touch any button on my joystick neither on throttle when I use aircraft-specific commands, for ex Eng1 GeneratorSwitch o/off, Battery1Switch on/off etc. using WoP3_P51D set of commands. Any idea, please? Thank you in advance for you help Forgot to add: Thrustmaster T.A.R.G.E.T. was never installed, newlly set up Windows

Thanks to Howard, et al., in another thread for all the information/explanation/advice concerning the Thrustmaster Warthog. I'd love to see one and try it out before I buy it, but based on my searches, it appears as if it isn't stocked anywhere in Western Canada. It also appears that the only way to buy one is online--and pay an exorbitant amount in shipping. Does anyone know where one of these can be bought in Vancouver, Canada, or perhaps in Seattle?

Hello there!Wierd behavior occuring off two buttons on the Throttle Quadrant of my Hotas Warthog. The 'RED' button on the throttle handle will release (but not set) the parking brake (?). I want it to reset the altimeter when I'm using REX real time weather. I went into FSUIPC and programmed the button to send the keystroke which I set up in FSX for altimeter reset (( ; )) it works ok and does reset the altimeter if REX Weather is operating. It ALSO kicks the parking brake OFF (if it's set) but doesn't cause it to come back on if I press the button again. From this I deduce:The button may be sending a braking command, which also turns off the parking brake.Darned if I can find out why this is happening. I use LINDA as well, I have NOTHING set in LINDA for the Red button. I use linda to fly my PMDG 737NGX.Spent a LOT of time on this with no joy.I did have TARGET software on the system, removed it (should I be worried there may be detritus from Target causing a problem?) Also temporarily tried out the G13 keypad but was not able to get it to work with FSX at all, so never programmed any buttons for it. I very well MIGHT have programmed the red button on the throttle handle to activate the parking brake in FSX - any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi guys, I am trying to buy some pedals, I was thinkin on SAITEK combat pedals but then I found many forums saying that it has a confilct with Warthog Thrustmaster joystick, which I own, the conflict seems to appear with PMDG NGX using warthog and the saitek pedals, any have any experiewnce to confirm this? if that the case which other rudder pedals will you recommend?

Just browsing the rest of AVSIM since MSFLIGHT is going down under and was really hoping for more participation in DCS. I know that you guys play it(well some) but there is absolutely no content here or articles, videos and try this/try that posts. I just bought this from STEAM SUMMER Sale and imma fire it up this weekend. It looks very tough(as I am not a pilot and consider myself a n00b when it comes to flight simming) Anyways, I am excited to give it a shot and hoping multiplayer is active **Edit: Okay, I did find some of you guys here http://forum.avsim.n.../529-dcs-world/

Hi everyone, Today I bought the Thrustmaster Warthog and so far I'm really loving it! The only thing that's bothering me is that the throttles in the NGX are very jittery when I bring the throttle very close to the idle position (I'm not using the cut-off detent). I added a dead zone at the idle point through the TARGET software but this doesn't help. I disabled the left throttle entirely and kept both throttles locked together and the problem still persists. Even at higher thrust settings this problem can occur. I've noticed that the throttle has a small amount of "give" in either direction before it starts to slide properly, so I'm wondering if this could be the cause of the problem. I appreciate that it's very difficult to troubleshoot these sorts of problems from afar, but I'm wondering if other Warthog/NGX owners have had similar issues and if so, what did you do to fix/workaround the problem? Thanks in advance, Louis
