May 4, 201313 yr Scott, I think you are right on the money here.. if Carenado would follow through on the details, they would have the best GA planes around - but they seem satisfied with a 90% implementation.. For their earlier, simpler planes, it did not matter that much.. For the King Air, it could be worked around by letting the RXP Garmins do the work. But for the G1000, you are stuck with this crippled implementation. Too bad! I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the TBM's G1000 - there are just a few things that need to be fixed for it to be a really useful system. Bert
