May 13, 201313 yr I'm sure this bird is a top in terms of X-Plane10. It's also an aircraft that brings very good memories. TAP had the 100 and 200 models, and a neighbor of my parents was a maintenance technician for them and the 707, so, I had access to may technical manuals, and they were one of my preferred readings around 1978-80 :-) One question: I believe this is the sort of aircraft where the "dutch-roll" effect can be easily experienced when you turn off the yaw-dampers. Tell me, can you experience dutch-roll oscillations with your yaw-dampers inoperative? It was an emergency situation in RL operations, and required immediate descent and landing as soon as possible...
