Eaglesoft Team - Need Help, Install stuck at 13%

Featured Replies

I just purchased the Citation X, paid, downloaded, allowed it to install to the designated folder, but the installer has been stuck at 13% for 15 min.

I have tried to install it 3 times. How do I get this installed?

SafeMode with networking.

Been there, worked for me.

All those are good ideas...  also I've had luck with a fresh reboot of the system.  Don't run FSX at all.  Just right click the installer, run as admin like Ed says above...  and then when it asks to automatically run the installer select no.  When it's unzipped, right click again, "run as admin."  Should work then.

Boot to safe mode then reboot to normal mode is always successful but Ed's advice is the usual solution.
