Yes it does. It says that Boeing is shuffling 5 executives around. The media just happened to mention that the executive that was in charge during then grounding of the 787 is included in that shuffle. They mentioned the 787 to make the article interesting. Notice how the writer used the word "banned" instead of grounded. "Banned" just sounds more controversial and sensational than "grounded"

My personal opinion, its got to the point the media is just as corrupt as the politicians. I don't believe anything ABC, CBS, CNN, and especially NBC say regarding news.
