Will the T7 have 'situational' failures like the NGX?

Featured Replies

folks, can any of the beta testers confirm that the T7 still uses failures based on wear and tear like the NGX? If yes, same engine or was something enhanced?

thanks

Hello, I am no beta tester but I'm pretty sure if it was included in the ngx it's also probably going to be in the 777. As for the enhancements I am quite sure there will be some but I don't know what and how.

How I answered your question, if not partially

Yes it has the feature.  Yes, it has been enhanced.

great news. any word about what has been enhanced? I admit that I used FSPassengers quite some time ago and always liked the structural damage after a (series of) hard landings or just 'usual' wear and tear, would love to see this implemented in the T7. I have this activated in my NGX but actually never ran into any issues; maybe I am not flying enough due to time constraints...

I have a feeling that's why I haven't seen any, either.  That and I jump between liveries, and I think the time accumulates per livery.

As far as how it's enhanced, I'll post a screenshot tonight.

Has tyre failure failure been implimented? Can you have a random tyre blow out during a hard landing or as set via timer or do they only blow out when the brakes have overheated?

They'll blow from the heat, but I can't say for sure on the others.  I'll take a look when I get home tonight.

If that was referring to him calling me Ryan, I just respond to whatever now.

So far, this morning alone, I've been called Kevin and Karl, in addition to my own name.  I'm pretty sure I've been called Ryan a few times, too.  Ks look somewhat like Rs, so the mental swap makes sense to me.

...heck, sometimes when I'm not paying attention to my roommate, he'll bust a Ben Stein:

"Bueller...Bueller...Bueller..."

Sadly, it works.

Well you're ready for marriage then, sir.
