August 17, 201312 yr I notice that whenever a new version of an FS2Crew is released and we go back to our completed orders to d/load and install over the existing version, each time our permitted number of d/loads is reduced by one. Is this fair? Especially when we are not re-d/loading because of anything we did. Just a thought in the interests of fairness. Iain Smith
August 17, 201312 yr If this wouldn't be Bryan's Company, you're right. But Bryan is the most fair Developer I know, you can count on him and a easy solution _______________________________________________________________________________________Best regards / Schöne GrüßeWerner
August 17, 201312 yr I noticed this too and wondered whether there is a way to solve it? I presumed that if it did run out because of updates etc that we could e-mail Bryan, he's always very quick to reply to e-mails and help so. Ryan Taylor

August 17, 201312 yr Author Thanks Werner, Ryan and Ollie - I'd guessed that with Bryan there would not be a problem and nice to see that confirmed. Iain
August 18, 201312 yr Commercial Member I notice that whenever a new version of an FS2Crew is released and we go back to our completed orders to d/load and install over the existing version, each time our permitted number of d/loads is reduced by one. Is this fair? Especially when we are not re-d/loading because of anything we did. Just a thought in the interests of fairness. Iain Smith Our patches are such that literally every file changes, so there's no point in releasing stand-alone patches since the file size would be the same. Also, you're provided with ample download attempts on purchase. However, should you run out of downloads, just send me an email and I'll reset your download limit. Easy as pie. Cheers, B.
