Thanks Jeremy.  I think my hardest adjustment with the 300ER is taxiing, believe it or not.  It's a BEAST.  I saw Froogle's 300ER first impressions video and agree she is a little slippery on landing.  I get my speed down well ahead of time (always have), so I haven't had any issues and don't think I will.  No complaining passengers or tail strikes yet either :lol:
