April 7, 201412 yr I'm sorry that did not fix your problem. There is no fix for your problem. Removing the KB or remove SweetFX are the only known solutions. You will have to reinstall Windows AND then FSX as the d3d11.dll is a Windows system module. I would check again, very carefully, to make sure you do not have the KB installed in Windows update.
