I had this error and the solution may well be in a hundred different posts on the web but the trick is knowing specifically what file to change and a path to where this file is located.

 

Restart your system!

 

The Path (your mileage may vary )

 

Start(button)/Computer/Open Drive "C"/Program Files (x86)/EZCA/

 

After you open the EZCA folder Right Click on "config.exe" go to "Properties" select the "Compatability" tab, select or check mark "Run this program as an administrator" click "OK".

 

Run or double-click "config.exe" follow the instructions.
