Keys Issued

Featured Replies

If your username and e-mail address has not changed just user the automatic e-mail. It will create the proper format sending it to register xx jdtllc.com. This is the fastest method unless you have exceeded a limit on key reissues.

The auto-format is in the rcv4 user guide and it is critical to create it manually.

If there are changes to your user name and e-mail then send an e-mail to jd xx jdtllc.com subject RC registration and user update.

Include your old and new user name, old and new e-mail address, product code including any "-" or alternately attach a creen shot of the registration screen.

Be sure jdtllc.com in let through your ISP and pc spam filters.

After a successful installation update fsuipc and makerwys.exe and run the RC scenery rebuild.

If a new OS then read the 713 and error 75 pinned topics to install certain dlls not included with Windows.

Not received mine yet either. Bit disappointing, wasn't expecting to wait this long! I've been looking forward to doing a flight with this for a while now, very frustrating knowing I've paid for it and waited ages for it to download and install, and yet I can't use it. Maybe it's time this was changed to an automated system?

Routine key registrations are an automated system! The e-mail request MUST exactly match the format described in the user manual which is why it is best to use the linked auto-formatted e-mail request described in the manual.

Be sure jdtllc.com is allowed through your spam filters. If not check your spam filters and folders.

Your user name and e-mail address must match your information from your purchase. In addition, up to a certain amount of keys are issued per purchase to allow for a few disk reformats or system upgrades.

If tech issues do not occur and the submitted information is OK, then keys are auto e-mailed within a half hour or so.

If you have not received your key promptly, it might have been handled manually for some reason which usually takes a workday during the business week.

If you wish to have jd trouble shoot this send a legible screenshot of the registration screen to:

jd XX jdtllc.com subject failed RC registration. Include any changes from your data submitted during the purchase.

It did arrive, however my issue was that the automated email service didn't work due to the fact that I don't have the default mail program installed and I only have one email address, which is a gmail one. The website was not very specific about the required email format, it simply told me to include my first and last names and the number, which I did.

Here is the format;

Include the "-" only if in the product code. 2 spaces after the last product character. 1 space after the "!", then 2 spaces after the first name. "!" then 1 space followed by your last name with no trailing spaces, just the Enter key. If you copy the product code from the RC dialog and paste it into your e-mail, be sure no leading or trailing extra spaces occur as often added by Win pasting. The same caution applies when copying/pasting your received key into the registration dialog.

Many e-mail applications support the MAPI Windows interface format. You might have to enable that. If so RC should generate the e-mail via your e-mail client for you to send.

OMG, this should be sticked! I hate trying to figure it out as I'm sure most have switched to web-based emails.

I am having the same problem. Submitted a request yesterday ....no key.

Just to be absolutely sure my request was correct I redid it today. Counted spaces, double checked everything. but no key yet.

Any help appreciated. Am anxious to try RC4 on a networked computer.

Regards to all

I switched over to Thunderbird Mail yesterday, let RC4 fill  in the required details and got the key in a few hours.

Had a super RC4 flight in horrible weather this morning. Everything worked perfectly over my network.

I agree with Ray Proudfoot about the voices/sound. All seem much clearer and crisp from the client PC.
