Hello.I have problem.

 this is my problem.yesterday I watched tutorial how to increase FPS and replaces some files and after that there is something like cliff,there was no like this there where smoother.Its Tbilisi freeware airport and I can't get support and is any solution?I uninstalled FSX and reinstall it but same.

With what did you replace them? I'm sorry, but you'll have to be more specific.

Also, it is my understanding that before you replaced files, the cliffs weren't there?

I think the OP is trying to increase fps for that particular airport scenery addon. Then, by mistake the OP deleted the terrain for that area. In this case, your only option is to put the files back.

Looks like a mesh issue.  Did you recently install FS Genesis or FS Global mesh?

What airport.  The scenery at 1 o'clock appears to be commercial or a freeware addon.  That's what is causing the problem.  Looks like a layering problem in the scenery library.

I solve it member of one forum gave me files and their replacement solved it.
