November 12, 201312 yr Hi! Since the last reinstallation of FSX, I'm getting a strange Stackhash error after 30 mins of flight (not always, sometime even earlier). I've done a quick research on the net but I haven't found a working solution. So I ask here if someone can help me with this really annoying problem. This is my rig: i7-3770k @4.5 Ghz 16Gb RAM (4x4)@1600 Mhz (9-9-9-24) Nvidia GTX670 2 Gb (driver updated! the problem persist even with older driver) SSD 500 Gb Samsung 840 Evo Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit FSX + ACC Pack + FTX Global + Scenery Tech Landclass + Scenery (about 30) + NGX. Hope this can help. November 12, 201312 yr There can be so many causes for this error. Are you certain you "googled" for an answer? There are so many topics on this. This is one of many I found. http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&frm=1&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&ved=0CCsQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.avsim.net%2Ftopic%2F385571-stackhash-ctd-possible-fix%2F&ei=P16CUr6eG7jUsASclYDgAQ&usg=AFQjCNHSCPxIWQMhmsaLE4aa_pSw8wuf9A&bvm=bv.56343320,d.cWc Dylan Charles "The aircraft G-limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular airplane. November 12, 201312 yr So its dx10? if its so use steve dx10 instead (PAYWARE) Works for me ! Kailiang Seah
November 13, 201312 yr Author @DylanC: I have already read that topic. Thank You @Kailong Seah: at the moment I'm using Steve DX10 (payware) bit the problem presists. I've tried to disable DEP system ad suggested by Microsoft bit that didn't work. November 13, 201312 yr Does it also happen without DX10? Not just Steve's fixer, but disabled completely. --Peter Fabian
November 13, 201312 yr Author Yes even without DX10. I thought that was related with RAM set in the bios so I restored the default values but the problem persists. I've ran a memory check with memtest and it was OK. November 13, 201312 yr I had the same problem. What helped for me was removing uiautomationcore.dll from the FSX root as was suggested to me in another thread here.... Menno Menno i7-11700, 16GB, 1 TB SSD, 2 TB HDD, RTX 3070, Windows 11, MSFS 2020 DeLuxe, P3D 4.5
