Does night finally look like night?

Ive been trying to find pictures of it but i couldnt seem to find any to get an answer. In FSX, night time was way too bright out and you could easily make out the environment below you and clouds, even when flying in the dead of night over the atlantic. Does P3D V2 simulate night properly? Thank you

Somewhere off the east coast at 12:01am.. The stars are reflecting in the ocean. :) But it is dark..

The problem is with the default MS texture ,It doesn't follow any law of light distribution, and as you said it is like hell on the earth. I'm working on a project to change the texture at least for Europe and US if you like you can check my work on this topic:
