Is the NGX going to become an SP2? It's pretty much perfect right now but some night lighting issues are still there and we don't have alternate gear extension.

 

(Still flying afraid of a total hydraulic loss with gear up) :wacko:

 

Is this going to be made or has PMDG decided not to develop the NGX further more?

 

I also want to ask if the alternate gear extension is possible to be designed in some way.

P.S.: Don't get me wrong, this is not a reproach, I'm only curious about the future of the NGX. I'm very happy with your work and how the NGX Simulation is right now. ^_^

Yes, the NGX will receive a SP2 somewhere in the future.

 

The more meaningful threads about SP2 seem to be buried by now, so I can't provide a link, I'm afraid.

You'll probably find that the advances in development/simulation that were included in the 777 will be pushed out into the NGX in the form of another Service Pack. I'd imagine this would be sometime after the 777 service pack is released.

My guess would be somewhere after the -300ER expansion.
