February 23, 201412 yr If your trim moves with the mouse wheel, you need to uncheck that control setting in FSX or FSUIPC. Bert
February 23, 201412 yr I have FSX and Acceleration but when I use the mouse wheel to move the course knob in the virtual cockpit, I can only move it clockwise, not counter clockwise. Same problem with using left and right mouse buttons.
February 24, 201412 yr I have FSX and Acceleration but when I use the mouse wheel to move the course knob in the virtual cockpit, I can only move it clockwise, not counter clockwise. Same problem with using left and right mouse buttons. Can you move other knobs clockwise and counter-clockwise? Like the voltage selector on the overhead panel, for example.. Bert

March 21, 201412 yr You've got to do it on the actual HDG or CRS knobs, either between the seats or in the autopilot popup. Hey Bert was just browsing through these forums before i decide to purchase, correct me if I'm wrong but when I bought my C90 I believe you came up with a solution for the difficulty of operating the hdg and crs knobs by adding a few lines to the panel cfg, I was then able to use a click spots on the EHSI to turn the hdg and crs, any chance this could be done with the 1900d, wish carenado would do this, hate big pop ups and impossible to do while looking at the unit.

Yes, as a matter of fact, the exact same mod works for the 1900 as well.. send me a PM with your email address if you want a copy. Bert
February 20, 201511 yr Hi all, I'm new here after having just recently purchased the B1900D and the C90 (Which has the same AP Control). After spending a number of frustrating hours with the same problem, Heading Select, Course Select and Altitude setting knobs not working with the mouse wheel, and after not finding any solution in the forum, I finally found the underlying problem causing the knob malfunction. @Bert, the files emailed didn't work after the installation, so I took them out and started removing other things that were installed on the computer. Late last night, I took the FSUIPC out of the module folder and all the knobs came to life when the aircraft was reloaded, but could still not figure out why FSUIPC was interfering with the knobs. This morning, I went through FSUIPC, tab by tab and once the "Miscellaneous" tab was opened (and was never previously opened and changed), I found a tick box with "Mouse Wheel Trim" that was activated. After I unchecked this box and went back to the aircraft, all was working perfectly. Heading bug changed, course changed and the Altitude changed, all by rolling the mouse wheel over the knobs in question.
February 20, 201511 yr That would do it.. good find! B) Let me know via email if you continue to have problems with the files I sent you.. Bert
