Hi,

after reinstalling the FS came the new installation of radar contact.
However, my key request does not work.

I have tried all the things from the forum. Unfortunately, I get no reply e-mail with the key.

I have also written to JD, he did not register with me.

Should I buy the program again? Or do you have alternatives to Radar Contact?

send an email to [email protected], and i can help you. i don't know where your emails went, but it doesn't look like i received them.

 

there is a pinned topic on the proper format for your key request. if you use that, humans aren't involved in the process

 

if your email address has changed, i will have to make the change myself

I too am having trouble getting the automated response. I would like to think I've sent the request properly but it's entirely possible that I botched something up. I've sent an email to you as well.

The automated response system is tried and tested so without wishing to point any fingers please check your spam folders. The likelihood is the reply has gone there.

Ray I too have sent both key requests and an email address change request. I have sent these from both of my email addresses and have also sent the email change request through the help email line. The only response I get is through my old email telling me the system doesn't recognize my email address. This comes within 10 minutes. The key request on my yahoo email yields nothing and its been 2 days. And I have checked my spam folder numerous times.

So here is the situation. My system crashed and had to do a factory reset. This led to needing a new key. I will also have to request a new key in about two weeks because I'm having a complete new build done on my system. (MOBO, Processor, ram, GPU, etc.) But until then I would like to fly with RCv4.

Could someone please check the help emails and help me resolve this issue?

I'm not going to give out my email info on the forum but if someone could PM me I'll be glad to help. I will give my name which is in your system.

I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you're having. Just to clarify something... you don't need a new key if there haven't been any hardware changes.

Thanks Ray. I didn't change any hardware but the reinstall of RCv4 gave me a different product id number and wouldn't accept my key. Like I said, I had to completely erase and reformat my HDD. But thanks for the quick response. The biggest thing is getting the email changed to my gmail address. I always get a quick auto response with gmail. With yahoo I have to go through all this run around. Thanks for your help.

All well and good ...
I still do not get a key. Have extra again re-installed my system.

have the program so that my new e-mail is even bought again deposited.

But I can not get the key back!!

The original ATC sucks. So please urgent help

Hey Ray. JD actually sent me an email right after I replied to you on my gmail account. Ironically, at the exact same moment I received 'success' responses from the 3 key requests I had sent from my yahoo account three days ago. Like I said, for some reason either yahoo or the radar contact system does not like requests going through yahoo mail. I hope the fact that he personally responded to me through my gmail account means that gmail is now in the system as my email and not yahoo. Thank you very much for your help. RCv4 is still the premier ATC out there and I just cannot see using anything else. Thanks to you, JD and all the others who created this system.

Hello again Ray. I seem to be back to the same issue. I just had a beast of a computer built with new MOBO, processor, etc. Soooo I now need a new key. I have once again sent the request emails and, once again, have not received a response. There is obviously something wrong with the key system. Could you please do something to help me with receiving a key? Thank you.
