In looking at the OP screenshot of SABE I am seeing objects in the background that I do not have in my sim.

 

As I don't have any autogen trees in the middle of the airport I am wondering if we have the same addon.

 

Where did you get yours?

He's using SABE  downloaded from http://www.flightsimulatorarg.com.ar/ page 10, IIRC. Maybe if you see buildings that you don't have is because you've not installed BsAs_X a complementary add-on.

Precisely. I tried deactivating a couple of South American sceneries. No dice.

Tell me Northeastern: is there autogen trees in the western part of the airport (hangars)? I'm starting to think that a wrong exclusion is the culprit.

Hey Northeastern, can you tell me if deleting/changing extension to cvxPHC_BASE_KML.bgl the trees are gone?

I tried that and now for me they're gone...

Tanocapo, it worked! Two problematic sceneries rectified. Feels good!

That is odd that I don't see the autogen and you guys do.

 

For the record, I am running FSX/A on Win7 Ult 64 bit.

 

I have no other addons to speak of for the area.

 

Looking at that file in TmfViewer I see 3 polygons.

 

One removes the default airport background.

 

One creates the new texture and one is set as an airport background, which excludes the autogen.

 

My system is respecting the poly layering and yours isn't, for some reason.

 

I wonder what it is.

 

BTW, that website is a gold mine of scenery for that part of the world.

Looking back through the thread I noticed a mistake in one of my earlier posts.

Also had very similar problems with the latest YPPH AFCAD from Ray Smith.  The one before from Ray worked fine but I could not find a work around and Ray was unable to shed any further light on the issue to date.
