As my introduction mentioned, I'm new to prepar3D and would like to know a few questions before I decide to purchase.

 

1) How to I choose which license I need to purchase the software?

2) I have already purchased Rex environment OD , Rex 4HD textures, Opus, AS 2012 n upgraded to ASN, do I need to repurchase the same addons for prepar or can I use the same one.

3) Purchased the PMDG 777 n NGX, can I use them on prepar as well.

4) Do I need to install Prepar over FSX or its an installation on its on?

 

You advise n feedback is greatly appreciated please.

No, P3D is a stand alone....you do not overwrite FSX.

Whatever you buy is between you and Lockheed-Martin. Discussion of "which license to buy" is prohibited both here and in L-M's own forums. ^_^

I own an academic license and am happy with it. 

Thanks guys for your replies.With regards to ASN n Rex 4,ftx global n vector, can I reinstall them over Prepar3d?

ASN and REX 4 both work well in P3D v2.2, both have installers intended for P3D.

No, you cannot.  You have to wait until PMDG release the P2D version of these planes. There is a pinned thread over at PMDG forum with all the details.
