April 27, 201412 yr Interesting interview with JV and about the future of P3D in particular. Skip to the -27:40 mark if you just want to hear about the p3d content. Its nice to hear alot of passion and excitement for the p3d future from a dev other than us folk on here. http://www.flyaoamedia.com/aviatorcast-podcast/aviatorcast-episode-15-hangar-talk-w-john-venema-founder-of-orbx-scenery-simulation-environment-industry-leader/ CYVR LSZH I7-14700k 64gb 6000Mhz DDR5 ASUS z690 ROG STRIX Gaming RTX 4080 Super,
April 27, 201412 yr Indeed. It's great to hear about Orbx's apparent relationship with LM. It truly makes me feel great about the future of the platform. David Zambrano, CFII, CPL, IGI I know there's a lot of money in aviation because I put it there.
April 28, 201412 yr It was a good interview very enthusiastic about P3d,which shows a forward looking man, unlike a lot of dev who are trying to invent a mystic about P3d simply to charge more, could somebody explain to me how Orbx just gets on with life and business and gives me three installers for free with no drama etc ,maybe that's why those dev are still relatively small when Orbx grows ,open mind ,opportunity taker=successful

Keep in mind Prepar3D is not for fun... it's for training and as such there are legal issues that arise that didn't exist in an entertainment product. Ed Wilson Mindstar AviationMy Playland - I69

That is literally what it’s like from flying from FSX into P3D 2.2." ~ Arwen ~ Home Airfield: KHIE

I still have moments when I am flying around and the scenery with the environmental effect make things just look real. It is very encouraging to hear from one of the leaders in the third party space state in an undeniable fashion that P3D is the future and Orbx will be there to support the user base with high quality products.
