June 1, 201511 yr simply open a ticket from your customer page; or through the Aerosoft manager application, and ask for NE Advance manual! I am not able to find "customer page" or where to open a ticket. Yes, I am logged in the Aerosoft Support Forum. I purchased all my NE's from SimMarket, does that make a difference?
